1. Local Conferences of the members of the Congregation may be formed, with the consent of the General Chapter, in any place where there are three members, one of whom is in Holy Orders. In locations without sufficient numbers of Companions, a conference may consist of at least one priest Companion and two or more associates.
2. The Conference shall meet together monthly for prayer, the celebration of the Holy Eucharist, and the Recollection of the Rule, and to conduct such business as is necessary. A meditation shall be given by one of the members as assigned by the Master or Warden.
3. Each Conference shall be presided over by a Warden, who shall be in Holy Orders, and who shall be elected each year by ballot. In case of the unavoidable absence of the Warden from a meeting of the Conference, he shall appoint one of the other members to preside in his place.
4. All meetings of the Conference shall be held before an altar and all those present shall wear their habits during the Morning Office and Eucharist. The Order of the Conference shall include the following:
(1) The (Morning Office
and the) Eucharist with meditation.
(2) The Recollection of the Rule and the Litany.
(3) The reading of a part of the Constitution.
(4) Business.
